NTG Estates were born in SL in 2007.
We had the idea of creating a residencial group, because both of us (NTG Estates Owners) felt the need to have a beautiful home for ourselves. We couldn't find many, at the time we joined. So, why not start having our own land and provide Second Lifers a gorgeous home and land?
Eventually, we developped into land owners specialized in Japanese architectural buildings, creating the best environment around the house.
Nightingale's Group was created by us. The group is not open to enrollment, only by invitation, once we have a SL resident willing to live in one of our homes and land. Once the resident moves from NTG, he/she is removed from the group. This happens for us to keep control of who actually lives at Nightingale's Estates; by no means this is personal. Please, understand this.
Let's see, who is a potential resident for us?
- First, you don't need a premium account to have your SL home with us.
- Then, since our land is all Japanese oriented, since 2007, the resident usually loves the Japanese structure of the houses we rent.
- Most of our residents are with us for more than a year, several residents have been with us close to 3 years now! This is an accomplishment in SL!
- We like to have all our residents as a community; the houses have enough land for you to have privacy, no explanations to who you bring home. We just rent you the parcel, with the Japanese oriented house included.
- All Nightingale's residents have the ability to change their parcel's name, to freeze, eject and ban any intruder. This is also very rare to find in SL rental plots (unless you actually buy your own land).
- NTG Estates provide rentals in mainland (Meins and Benicia).
- All our houses are one of a kind. NTG builder - Ficcionista Pessoa - designed the Japanese houses by himself.
This allows every resident to have a more personalized home.
